The Basic Standards Course is required for
those who are participating in the preparation
of the accreditation visit and will be on
the site the day of the visit and who have
not taken the Basic Standards course in the
last three years. Typically, this is the
camp director, but may also be a camping
administrator. The course is four hours long
and is taken “in-person”.
The
Standards Update Course is required of all
Visitors, Associate Visitors and Camp Directors
prior to the 2010 visits. It is a one hour
course that may be taken “in-person” or
online. This course will familiarize participants
with changes that have occurred in the standards
since they were published in 2007. To register
and take this course online, please go to:

have completed the course.
